Did you crank up the size of your pieces? I watched fine for about a year. In the last two weeks, I can't get through a segment without it stopping to continue loading every couple seconds. When that happens, I don't watch.

I think it's a youtube problem. I've been using the same software, format and compression since January, but recently video quality has decreased and download time has increased. I'm working on a solution.
